素材と製作について
本作には、1950〜60年代に用いられていたチークの古材を使用しています。
長い年月を経た木材ならではの深みのある色合いや木目、しっとりと滑らかな手触りが、空間に穏やかで落ち着いた雰囲気をもたらします。
天然素材を用い、職人の手作業によって製作しているため、木目や色合い、節、小さな傷やへこみ、補修跡などが見られる場合がございます。
これらは、長い年月を経た素材と伝統的な手仕事による特性です。あらかじめご理解のうえ、ご購入くださいますようお願いいたします。

This piece belongs to our homage collection, made after the original design by Pierre Jeanneret for Chandigarh, India, in the 1950s.
Every piece in this collection is crafted from reclaimed timber of the 1950s–1960s, the same era in which the designs were created, offering a depth of tone and character that new wood cannot replicate.
